Shipping Areas & Rates

  •  We currently ship to the continental United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may be available with additional fees—please contact us for a quote.
  •  Free standard shipping on orders within the continental U.S.

Processing & Delivery Time

  •  Orders are typically processed with in 2-5 business days.
  •  Standard delivery time is 5-10 business days, depending on location.
  •  Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional charge.

Freight Shipments (Oversized Items)

  •  Large items such as Wingman and rooftop tents are shipped via freight carriers and require  a physical address (no P.O. boxes).
  •  Freight deliveries are curbside only—customers are responsible for moving the item beyond the delivery point.
  •  A signature is required upon delivery. Please inspect the package before signing. If damage is found,note it on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment if necessary.

Order Tracking

  •  Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Shipping Damage or Lost Packages

  •  If your package arrives damaged,report it within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  •  If a package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Signature Required – Standard Delivery Policy

To help protect our customers and reduce the risk of loss or theft, Wild Land requires signature confirmation on all shipments by default, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Important Notes on Signature Confirmation

• Signature confirmation records delivery but does not guarantee recipient identity verification by the carrier.
• Carriers do not validate the identity of the individual signing for the package.
• Signature confirmation reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of theft.

Post-Delivery Responsibility

Wild Land is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, including deliveries completed with signature confirmation.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and reasonably secure. If you anticipate any delivery concerns, please contact us prior to shipment so we may assist where possible.

Goodwill Resolution

While Wild Land does not assume liability for post-delivery loss, we may, at our discretion, offer goodwill assistance on a case-by-case basis

Wild Land Warranty Coverage

Wild Land offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period begins on the original purchase date and applies to the original owner only.

Warranty Period

  •  Rooftop Tents & Wingman –2 years
  •  Other Wild Land Products –1 year

This warranty covers:

  •  Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  •  Structural components, including fabric, poles, zippers, and hardware.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  •  Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fading.
  •  Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, modifications, or accidents.
  •  Damage from extreme weather, fire, or impact.
  •  Unauthorized repairs or alterations.

Warranty Claims Process

1. Submit a Claim – Email info@syneticusa.com with:

  •  Proof of purchase.
  •  Photos/videos of the issue.
  •  A brief description of the problem.

2. Evaluation – Our team will assess the claim and determine the best resolution.

3. Resolution – If covered, we will repair, replace, or provide necessary parts at our discretion. Shipping costs may apply.

Out-of-Warranty Support

If your product falls outside the warranty coverage, Wild Land offers paid after-sales support. Repair or replacement costs will be determined based on an individual assessment of the issue. Please contact info@syneticusa.com for further details and a service quote.

Additional Information

  •  The warranty is non-transferable.
  •  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for confirmed warranty cases.
  •  Wild Land reserves the right to modify or update this policy as needed.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Returns Eligibility

  •  Return Window: Returns are accepted with in 14 days of delivery.
  •  Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resellable condition.
  •  Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, used products, and custom orders cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1.  Request a Return – Email  info@syneticusa.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2.  Receive Authorization – We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  3.  Ship the Item Back – Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping method.
  4.  Refund Processing – Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method with in 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.

Restocking Fees - subject to a 15% of order value.

Exchanges

  •  If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order and return the original item following the return process.

Warranty Claims

  •  If you receive a defective product, please refer to Wild Land Warranty Policy for assistance.

Additional charges

  • If the return is due to customer-related reasons (e.g., change of mind or incorrect purchase), we will deduct any processing or transaction fees incurred by the payment provider at the time of purchase.
